  I must say that Austin really knows what he's doing. My computer had crashed and I was about to give up on recovering the data after Geek Squad told me that it was impossible because my motherboard died. I decided to take it to Austin. It turns out that the motherboard was fine. It was just a dead stick of RAM. He replaced the stick and got me out of there for less than $50. I'd recommend Austin to anyone who has severe computer problems that no one else seems to be able to fix.

  I took my computer to this guy and he had the virus gone in less than 10 minutes. I'd say he knows what he's doing (though as I know absolutely nothing about computers, I can't say for sure). But from what I saw, he is very knowledgeable and helpful.
