About two weeks ago we were there to pick up a Papasan chair, but it didn't occur to us to maybe measure our trunk space to make sure the chair would fit. We were unprepared to secure our trunk shut. Olivia helped us outside in the bitter cold to make sure we could secure the chair for our 40+ minute drive. She provided us with bungee cords and string and assisted us into securing the trunk. Olivia, if you're reading this, thank you very very much, and yes we made it home! Sorry it took me so long to finally write this review, hope you come across it.
