  They were great! My MacBook crashed. Visiting the Apple Genius Bar first, they told me repairing was not a “good idea”. I tried Device Pit Stop and they explained the options. We decided to fix it with a new hard drive for $139. This Mac has probably 5 more years of great life left. They did what was best for me. That is what I want in a business. A partner looking out for my best interest. They were great!!!!

  Website says no appointment necessary for battery replacement! Just walk in. I decided to send an email to try to set up an appointment because I live 40 miles away from store. Not only did they not return my email, when I got there 4 minutes after opening they said there were 6 phones in front of me, and it would be 5 hours, and nobody was working on phones, and they weren't sure when they would start. I asked to make an appointment for the next day they said it would take 2 hours!? if they can't handle walk in service, they shouldn't offer it. A 2 hour wait for a battery replacement is not walk in service! THEY TOOK CARE OF ME,
