  We had the owner to our house on June 26th to look at our basement that we were hoping to finish. They made it clear that we wouldn't receive the official quote and potential plans for a week or 2 but we were we would absolutely hear from them by August 1st. Needless to say, it's been 8 weeks since they were over and still NOTHING! When we contacted them 2 weeks ago, we were told they were busy and would certainly send us something by the end of the next week...well now it's been a week since that deadline. Apparently our project wasn't cool enough or expensive enough to be worth their time. They obviously didn't take us or our money seriously - just because we don't live in a million dollar house doesn't mean we don't have money to finish our basement. I can't even really give it 1 star because they never even gave us anything to work with.
