  Just called the store in Maple grove Mn and spoke to someone about my bracelet and charm tarnishing and she was very rude!!! She said it's the chemical on your body you are using and somehow it got tarnished.. I asked if I can bring it in and if they could clean it and She said I should of purchased their cleaning solution for $15. I asked if I could use my tarnish solution here at home and she said I'm not sure? It might work but you need to go online and look it up. I said I can't believe it got tarnished so soon since we just bought it and she said Well I can't see it.. Very very rude!!! She seemed like she had no time to talk to me and rushed with me and then said... If you want to just come and we can look at it.... So rude!!!
