  If you have a lot of spare time to kill, I highly recommend this lowes. If you value your sanity and need to interact with employees to accomplish a task, such as purchasing an appliance, look elsewhere.

  We bought a new fridge from Lowe's, and throughout the whole buying experience, we were very disappointed. The first day we walked through looking at the new models and the "out of box" models. Anytime we had a question, it was as if we were a bother to the on duty appliance specialist despite there being no other customers in the department. We left and took some time to shop around looking at Home Depot, Best Buy and Werner Stallion. After walking through those stores, we were told when the new and better sales were starting, so we held-off a week. Interesting they all shared this with us, except for Lowe's. Anyway, we went back to Lowe's and selected a fridge that we got a price match on from Home Depot since we had some Lowe's gift cards we could apply, little did we know the price match turned out to be an excruciating process. The on duty store manager couldn't have been more rude about the price match, nor could the online or texting reps have been more rude. Despite the price match guarantee being listed on their own website, they tried everything to get around honoring it... Scheduling the delivery was equally fun. For an in-stock fridge we had to wait a month for delivery. Well, today we finally received our fridge which was supposed to come between 8am and noon. To no surprise, they called to say they were running late at 11am... With no mention as to how late they would be. Then they called at 12:15 saying they would arrive in 15 minutes. They then arrived at 12:45. Trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, I asked if they had a big haul today for deliveries... The answer was, "No, it's not too bad today actually." Glad you have no regard for the time and effort it took me to arrange to be home for this delivery. The level of disrespect the Lowe's employees have for their customers, and the lack of customer service is truly shocking.
