- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆April 07, 2020, by Rachael LReceived my ring with a huge scratch. Several back and forth emails to figure out logistics of sending it back. When I received it again the gems seemed more cloudy than the originals and there were fingerprints on it so I had to clean it. Poor customer service. A hassle to deal with. Would definitely not order from here again. Two stars because I like the ring design.
