  Kailey was very helpful and respectful when I needed help with my account. She also hooked me up with a new line and phone for a reasonable price. I will definitely be going to the maple grove location from here on out.

  If it was possible to give this location 10 stars I would. I ended up wandering into this location while waiting to get new tires at Walmart. Right when I walked in Kailey was very welcoming and ready to help me. She took the time to write up a detailed layout of what my plan was currently and what the change in cost would be if I added a line. It was VERY easy to read and understand. She even gave props to her manager who was the one who actually created the sheets that help breakdown cost difference. She listened to me complain about the horrible service I was receiving at Wal-Mart and I'm sure clearly saw my frustration. She was so beyond nice and helpful. She even pointed out that I receive a 22% discount on accessories from my employer discount that I wasn't even aware of, nor has anyone ever mentioned to me before over the years. She took the time to open my new stupidly hard to open phone case and even after she hurt her finger attempting to open it she put on a band aid like a champ and came right back to finish opening it for me haha Seriously...I'm not sure if I've ever received customer service like this and quite frankly due to my upset from dealing with horrible customer service at Wal-Mart, it was greatly appreciated. This location is definitely NOT the closest location to my home, but will be the ONLY location I will be going to from now on.
