She remembers WHO WE ARE, not just that we made a purchase...or three. She is honest, and genuine. The atmosphere inside the showroom is perfection. Inviting, clean, and oh so sparkly! I let them know my budget and they weren't pushy at all. I also didn't realize the ring had to be ordered and our wedding was in 3 weeks. They assured me we would have the ring in time. My beautiful ring arrived just as promised. It was the best shopping experience ever!
